LED PRO Event Services offers full-service event and production management. If you are having a hard time coming up with a concept for your product launch, seminar, sales presentation, or another type of event, we can help you conceptualize it and make it happen.
We start by visiting the chosen venue and brainstorming ideas with you. Then, we create an initial 3D rendering of your event space, adjusting the design as needed so you can visualize how everything is going to look and there won’t be any surprises the day of.

Corporate Event: Glossy White Stage with an LED Wall
For this client, we had the challenge of rearranging a large ballroom and dividing it into different breakout rooms. We were able to accommodate the stage sideways, taking advantage of the rigging points in the ceiling, so all of the guests could see.
Instead of the regular black carpeted stage, we went with a white, glossy finish, which always makes the stage look nicer.
In this render, you can also see how we framed the LED wall by adding some side elements to make the whole stage look grandiose.
Corporate Event: A 40 ft LED Screen with Flying Screens
For this particular client, we created a clean, polished, and futuristic look by adding LED strip lights in the steps and side columns and giving the stage a glossy white finish.
Another cool element here was the side LED screens’ wings that started behind the main screen to give depth to the stage. These two flying screens impressed the audience, too!
For this event, the LED screens were 40 feet wide by 10 feet tall with a pitch 2.5mm. The colors were sharp and vibrant, perfect displaying the event’s video footage.
Fashion Show Gala Night on a Pier Under Memorial Bridge
This fashion show/gala night was created in a very unique location: under the Memorial Bridge on a 200ft pier with one single access point, which was a big hurdle for the production.
Despite the challenges, this venue really had its own magic. The pier was surrounded by boats from the marina and the stage didn’t have a backdrop so it looked like the models were floating over the horizon with a beautiful sunset in the background.
