LED Equipment Rentals

LED PRO Event Services offers all kinds of LED rentals in the Tampa Bay Area. We service Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Sarasota but are willing to travel anywhere in the U.S.

Our most common LED rentals include LED wall rentals, LED uplighting rentals, LED dance floor rentals, and LED furniture rentals. You could also create an incredible backdrop by displaying patterns on LED curtains to really bring your party to life.

There is so much you can do with LED lights and we have them all. If you don’t want to see cables laying around, we have wireless ChauvetDJ and Chauvet PRO LED lighting, including:

If you want custom GOBO lighting (a stencil made out of metal or glass that’s placed over a lighting fixture to project an image) to wash a wall or create a nice pattern or texture, we can design and create one for you.

We offer two options:

  • Come pick them up at our warehouse in Clearwater, Florida
  • Let us come to you – we’ll set them up for you so you don’t have to lift a finger

LED Dance Floor Rental

Our newest product is an LED dance floor. Make your event memorable with a brightly lit dance floor! We also offer a 3D infinity mirror LED dance floor and an LED pixel dance floor, where you can display videos, text, or different textures.

Our LED dance floors are under 3″ tall with magnetic connections for fast assembly. They’re also waterproof, which means they’re perfect for outdoor use or a busy party.

3D Infinity Mirror LED Dance Floor

Our newest product is the 3D infinity mirror LED dance floor. We have a clear, white matte version that gives us the ability to create all kinds of designs and display any color imaginable. With vibrant colors, this dance floor alone can turn your party up a notch with almost no effort.

You can use our LED dance floor to serve as a display for a showroom car, create a runway for a fashion show, or its primary role: a dance floor for a wedding, party, or festival.

Pixel LED Dance Floor

We also carry the new Pixel LED Dance Floor. This high-tech dance floor uses an iPad to display all kinds of videos, logos, bride and groom initials, or any other wording you want to scroll across your dance floor.

It has low power consumption, incredibly bright colors, and we’re able to assemble this dance floor in less than 45 minutes thanks to the magnetic power and data connections.

How much does an LED dance floor cost?

Depending on the size of the dance floor costs can vary, but you purchase based on the square footage you need.

LED Dance Floor Pricing:

  • $7 per sq. foot plus delivery

Dance floor sizes:

  • 16’ x 16’ $2,000 / 256 ft² / up to 100 guests
  • 20’ x 20’ $2,800 / 400 ft² / up to 150 guests
  • up to 30’x 30’

How large of a dance floor do I need?

The industry standard is that you should budget 4.5 square feet of space for each guest, or 9 square feet for each couple. For example, if you’re hosting an event for 100 people, you can anticipate 50 people or 25 couples on the dance floor at one time, so you’ll need a 16′ x 16′.

We can also work with you on custom designs and sizes.

LED Furniture Rental

Make your nighttime outdoor event glow with our LED furniture. This furniture is perfect for large backyards, pool areas, museums, golf courses, or any other event you want to stand out at and have an impact on your guests.

All of our LED furniture is battery operated and you can change the color with a remote control.

LED Lighting Rental

Our extensive inventory of LED lights means we can create all kinds of beautiful lighting displays with almost any color imaginable. All of our LED lighting is wireless, so there aren’t any unsightly or hazardous cables lying around.

Our LED uplighting rentals brighten any event, whether it’s inside or outside. Pair LED uplights with glowing LED furniture for a unique modern look, or use them inside to illuminate drapery or walls for a classic look.

LED Lighting Options:

  • LED Uplighting is where light fixtures are placed on the ground and pointed up, illuminating the space from the ground up. We use LED uplighting to transform your event space — it can really elevate your event to the next level.
  • GOBO Lighting involves putting a template in front of a source of light to project any design, logo, or words onto any surface. GOBO lighting can be used to project your company’s logo onto a wall at a company party or to project a monogram at a wedding.
  • Pinspot Lighting is used to illuminate a very specific spot, such as the centerpiece of a table or flower arrangement. For weddings, it can be used to light up anything you want to draw attention to, like the cake table, a dessert bar, or virtually anything else.

LED Light Rental Pricing

Depending on the type of LED lighting you need, our prices range from $10 to $85 per light.

Pipe and Drape

Create enclosed spaces or add a perimeter to your event with pipes and drapes. Whether you need it to be black, white, or the color of your choosing, we provide systems with curtains that go up to 18’.

If you’re worried about how the sound will carry in your event space, we carry thick, sound-absorbent fabric that eliminates echoes and ensures your message is heard loud and clear throughout the entire room.
Pricing: Starts at $75 per 10 linear feet

LED Screen Rental

Unleash your creative content on over a hundred LED screens with our LED screen rental services. We can easily create a modern, state-of-the-art configuration, forming or breaking up the screens to create almost any configuration imaginable.

We offer indoor and outdoor LED screen rentals. Whether you’re hosting a party, throwing an event, holding a conference, or having a wedding, our LED screens can be customized to fit your needs.

Outdoor LED Video Walls

If you need a special kind of LED video wall that will show on a bright, sunny day at an outdoor event, we have the perfect solution for you.

Our pitch 3.9mm, pitch 4.8mm, and pitch 6.67 mm LED video walls show up even during the brightest of summer days, as their brightness ranges from 4,500 nits to 8,000 nits.

To display our LED Video Wall, we have a few different options:

  • We can provide a non-intrusive LED screen trailer

    • We can build a heavy-duty truss ground support system to fly the LED wall

  • We can bring our LED jumbotron truck for a fast set up

For all of our LED Video Wall setups, we provide sound and a tech to run it.

Pricing: Our prices vary from $1,000 to $3,000 depending on the size of the LED Video Wall.

Our hottest item is our LED trailer. With an 8’x5’ screen, it’s perfect for walkways, to loop a video of your project, to use as a branding tool, or as a backdrop for a DJ in an outdoor event. Plus, it only costs $1,000 and delivery is free in the Tampa Bay area!

Indoor LED Walls

The best part about our video LED walls is that the brightness and sharp, vibrant colors mean you don’t need to dim down the lights of your event space for your video or presentation to be clearly displayed on the video LED wall.

We have pitch 3.9mm and pitch 2.5mm video walls available, and we also carry a curved LED wall that makes for some amazing set designs.
